It shows that spoolsvv.exe has been detected and deleted. When it restarts a text box comes up stating that the system has recovered from a serious error and asks if I would like to send the info the microsoft.Ī second issue that I have concern for is on 2 occasions I've had a box pop open that is called Virus Scan Alert.
A blue screen with lots of text pops up for about 3 seconds, not long enough to read the text, then the computer reboots itself. Now I've run into another issue with locking up.
